HK$100 or US$12.8 will be imposed on each domain name registrar transfer.

Service Lead-time and Refund

All new domain registrations are processed immediately and you shall receive two separate email acknowledgement : one is the acknowledgement of payment received and the other is the acknowledgement of account setup completion. Normally, you shall receive the first email right after you sign up and the second email in 8 to 12 hours. If you have not received these two emails, contact us immediately.

After Payment has been confirmed, domain setting should be completed with 24 hours, all domain setting information will sent to domain administrator by email. In most case, domain registration will complete in 1 to 2 working day. ".com" domain transfer might take 5 to 10 working day to complete.

Refund Policy

Domain registration, hosting, and transfer fees are not refundable. Read our service agreement for details.

No additional charges when you leave

If you wanted to host your website somewhere else, you can have the domain remain registered with us and use a new ISP to host your domain. "We Promise", no extra charges will be imposed.
