appropriate protection for confidential information
while maintaining both
parties
ability to conduct their respective business activities.
Finger Box should keep the confidentiality of any information
concerning the business or affairs of clients both during the
course of
agreement
and at any time thereafter.

Intellectual
Property Right
Client is responsible for all usage of copyright and
Intellectual Property Right of all hardware and software
installed. Finger Box is
not
responsible for all the copyright and Intellectual Property
Right for Clientˇ¦s machine placed in Finger Box data center.

Legally
Compliance
Finger
Box reserve the right to terminate Client contract and remove
the client equipment from the data centre without pre-notice.
If
client equipment is proven to provide services which is legally
or non-compliance to the law and regulation of HKSAR.

Properties
Reclaim
After
the service period or clientˇ¦s service has been suspend. Client
should reclaim its properties (hardware or software) within 15
working
days. Over the 15 working days period, HK$150/month will be
charged for each physical item as storage fee. Client still not
actively
acquire for the property within 6 months, equipment will be
forfeited, Finger Box is entitled to acquire all the outstanding
invoice
included the charges of disposal the forfeited equipment. ˇ@ |
